Manny's Bio:

As far back as he can remember, Manny has felt a deep connection with dogs. Obedience training has been a lifelong hobby, and he has been helping family, friends, and many others address their dog’s behavior problems through basic and advanced obedience training for over 25 years.  Although he spent 30 years in the corporate world, he never let go of his dream of changing people’s lives through improving their relationships with their beloved companions. After dedicating his life to learning about canine behavior, Manny decided to take the leap and pursue his passion. His knowledge, experience, and patience make him an effective and highly skilled trainer, and when combined with his strong work ethic and attention to detail, Manny provides excellent results with compassion and kindness. 



Kristin's Bio:

Kristin has been an avid animal lover and dog owner her entire life. With a master’s degree in behavior analysis, and after many years of working with families with children with behavioral concerns, Kristin felt compelled to make the transition to working with animals and is applying her knowledge and skills to training dogs. She is proficient in the principles and practices of classical and operant conditioning, shaping, and reinforcement. Kristin has a passion for helping others and strives to make a difference in people’s lives. Her goal is not only to create behavior change in the dogs she trains, but also to provide owners with the confidence to continue to independently apply the training principles she teaches. Kristin’s knowledge and experience make her a valuable component of the MTM K-9 team
